"Book," "Electronic Guide," "Collection", "E-book", "Handbook" means an electronic book that is available for purchase and download on the site.
3. License
After purchase, you are granted a license to download one copy of the book for personal, non-commercial use, without permission for distribution. Electronic books are protected by intellectual property laws.
Under this license, you cannot:
Modify or copy books;
Use books and their content in public spaces (for commercial and non-commercial purposes) under your name;
Remove references to the original source;
Post books on the internet on any file-sharing platforms;
Transfer books to another person or another server or service (mirror of materials).
4. Terms of Sale
When purchasing books, the user agrees to pay the specified price. Payment is made immediately after placing an order.
Books become available for download immediately through a special link, and are also sent to the email address that the user provided when placing the order.
The free version becomes available for download immediately, but is not sent to the user's email.
5. Change of Terms
The site reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes through updates on the site or via the email provided during purchase.
6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to resolution in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
7. Return Policy
According to Ukrainian law, electronic books are not subject to return or exchange after their purchase and download. Before purchasing books, familiarize yourself with the free version to understand if it suits you. In case of technical problems with downloading or opening the book, users should contact the site administration at support@uasystem.design for assistance. We will always meet you halfway and find a solution that will be satisfactory.
8. Protection of Personal Data
